Creative Kids Club – Discovery Pass

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Creative Kids Club Discovery Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

The Discovery Pass includes:

  • Unlimited Creative Kids Club sessions for three (3) consecutive weeks (valued at $297)

  • Flexible bookings across available classes within the 3-week period

  • Access to Let’s Play Indoor Playground during the active pass period (valued at $72)

  • Personalised class recommendations

  • Creative Kids Play at Home e-Book (valued at $49)

  • One (1) CKC Guest Pass (valued at $27)

  • $20 class credit if a referred family joins Creative Kids Club

  • One (1) complimentary coffee (valued at $6.50)

  • One (1) complimentary children’s meal (valued at $12)

  • 10% off café purchases during the active pass period

Total promotional value exceeds $450.

Investment: $99 (normally $149).

2. Eligibility

  • The Discovery Pass is valid for new members only.

  • The pass is valid for one child only, aged 0–6 years.

  • The pass is strictly non-transferable between children or families.

  • A family may purchase multiple passes only if they are for different children within the same family.

  • The pass cannot be shared between siblings.

3. Validity Period

  • The Discovery Pass is valid for three (3) consecutive weeks.

  • The pass activates from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The pass is not available for purchase or redemption during ACT school holiday periods, including:

    • Term 1 Holidays

    • Term 2 Holidays

    • Term 3 Holidays

    • Term 4 Holidays

    (As per official ACT Education Directorate school calendar dates.)

  • The pass cannot be paused, extended, or suspended.

4. Bookings & Attendance

  • All classes must be pre-booked online or via phone with the Creative Kids Club team.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Families may attend unlimited eligible classes within the 3-week active period.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

  • While there is no formal no-show penalty, families are strongly encouraged to cancel bookings they cannot attend to allow other families to participate.

  • Sessions missed due to late cancellation or non-attendance are forfeited.

5. Class Suitability

  • Children must attend age-appropriate classes as outlined on the Creative Kids Club website.

  • Creative Kids Club reserves the right to recommend alternative sessions if a class is not developmentally suitable for the child.

6. Inclusions & Additional Benefits

  • The complimentary coffee and children’s meal are valid during the active 3-week pass period only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The 10% café discount applies only during the active pass period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other café promotions.

  • The CKC Guest Pass must be used within the 3-week validity period unless otherwise stated.

  • The $20 referral credit is only issued once a referred family purchases a term enrolment.

  • Discovery Pass benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. Payments, Refunds & Credits

  • Full payment of $99 is required upfront at the time of purchase.

  • The Discovery Pass is strictly non-refundable, including for unused sessions.

  • The pass cannot be credited toward a term enrolment.

  • The pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8. Supervision & Responsibility

  • All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent or carer at all times.

  • Families agree to comply with all Creative Kids Club and Let’s Play Indoor Playground general terms and conditions of entry.

  • Participation in messy play, sensory activities, climbing equipment, and all other activities is undertaken at the family’s own risk.

  • Parents/carers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs prior to participation.

  • While reasonable care is taken, Creative Kids Club and Let’s Play cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

9. Behaviour & Safety

  • Creative Kids Club reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a pass if behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

  • All families must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.

10. General Conditions

  • The Discovery Pass is a promotional offer and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

  • Creative Kids Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

  • Purchase of the pass constitutes acceptance of these terms.
