LET'S PLAY & CREATIVE KIDS CLUB MEMBERSHIPS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 4 December 2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Let's Play Memberships (Explorer, Adventure, Ultimate) and Creative Kids Club (CKC) Memberships (Casual Drop-In, Bronze, Silver, Gold). By purchasing any membership or accessing benefits included within a membership, you agree to these Terms, in addition to: Let's Play General Terms of Entry, Creative Kids Club Standard Terms of Entry, and all safety, hygiene, and behaviour policies displayed onsite or communicated by staff. Let's Play reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

1. MEMBERSHIP TYPES & INCLUSIONS

Let's Play Memberships:
• Explorer: Unlimited visits for up to 2 assigned children, 5% café discount, 5% birthday party discount, 10% CKC discount, 2 CKC trial passes, 2 guest passes. No access to after-hours special events.
• Adventure: Unlimited visits for up to 3 assigned children, 10% café discount, 10% birthday party discount, 20% Drop & Run discount, access to after-hours events, 3 CKC trial passes, 3 guest passes, 10% CKC discount.
• Ultimate: Unlimited visits for 4+ assigned children, 15% café discount, 15% birthday party discount, 35% Drop & Run discount, access to after-hours events, 4 CKC trial passes, 4 guest passes, 10% CKC discount.

CKC Memberships:
• Bronze: 1 CKC class per week, 5% café discount, priority event access, 1 trial pass, unlimited Let's Play entry for enrolled child + 2 adults.
• Silver: 2 CKC classes per week, 10% café discount, priority event access, 2 trial passes, unlimited Let's Play entry for enrolled children + 2 adults.
• Gold: 3 CKC classes per week, 15% café discount, priority event access, 3 trial passes, unlimited Let's Play entry for enrolled children + 2 adults.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & USAGE RULES

• Designated Children: Let's Play memberships cover the number of children specified in the tier. The same children must be listed on the membership; changes may be approved in special circumstances.
• Unlimited Entry: Entry is subject to venue capacity for safety. Members receive priority entry.
• Guest Passes: One-time use and non-transferable once redeemed.
• CKC Trial Passes: Each trial pass may be used once per child. Passes may be gifted. Passes do not provide access to CKC events or workshops.
• Adults Included: Up to 2 designated adults may accompany each membership visit. Additional adults must pay standard entry ($6).

3. BILLING, PAYMENTS & COMMITMENTS

• Annual Memberships (Let's Play): Paid upfront and non-refundable. Valid for 12 months from activation.
• Monthly Memberships (Let's Play): Monthly rate billed on signup date each month. 12-month minimum term commitment. Cannot be paused during the commitment period.
• CKC Weekly/Monthly Billing: Weekly or monthly payments occur automatically. Silver and Gold tiers may be paused up to 8 weeks per year.
• Failed Payments: Access may be paused until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation and recovery of outstanding amounts.

4. MEMBERSHIP CHANGES, UPGRADES & CANCELLATIONS

• Upgrades: Members may upgrade tiers at any time.
• Downgrades: Can occur only at the end of the billing cycle or annual period.
• Let's Play Cancellations: Annual memberships are non-refundable. Monthly memberships require a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled early.
• CKC Cancellations: Can be cancelled with four weeks' written notice. Credits may roll forward for one week if a class is missed.

5. ATTENDANCE & BOOKING RULES

• Let's Play Entry: Walk-ins welcome; no bookings required. Members receive priority entry during peak times.
• CKC Classes: Bookings are essential via GymMaster. Only the enrolled child participates. Siblings may attend as spectators (entry applies) or participate using a casual pass.
• Make-Up Classes: CKC credits roll over one week for illness or travel. Make-ups are subject to availability.

6. STANDARD TERMS OF ENTRY (ALL MEMBERSHIPS)

• Safety: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Play at your own risk. Socks are required in all play areas.
• Behaviour: Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund. Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
• Health: Do not attend the centre if unwell. Management may refuse entry to ensure safety.
• Personal Items: Let's Play is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

7. CKC TERMS OF ENTRY

CKC classes are structured learning environments; respect for educators is required. Only enrolled children may participate unless a sibling uses a paid casual pass. Late arrivals may not receive the full class experience. Families must adhere to educational room rules, material usage guidelines, and safety protocols.

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES & AMENDMENTS

Membership amendments may be considered for medical conditions or major life changes. Let's Play reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership for misuse, breach of terms, or unsafe behaviour. Let's Play Canberra may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email and updates will be displayed on the website.
