Invite your guests 30 minutes prior to your start time to welcome and play
At your time slot, your host will move you into your room for your food and cake
If you would like to stay after your allocated time, we will move you onto a reserved table in the centre.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings are for one hour in the party room. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to allow space for everyone to arrive and settle in. We will then serve your food and cake. If there’s no party coming in after you then we will not rush you out the door. If there’s another party coming in, we will find you a table in the main playground to continue the party.

No. We understand it can be difficult to gather RSVPs. If you’re unsure of numbers just book for the minimum 8 and we will call you a week beforehand to finalise the details.

Let’s Play has a strict policy on outside food. This is to maintain food hygiene and safety for other patrons. The only food allowed is your cake.

We will receive your booking via our system ROLLER. You should also receive a confirmation email. One week prior to your party we will give you a call to confirm your final numbers, food selections and any dietaries.

Yes! You’re welcome to pop into the centre and grab some invitations or you can download our digital invites.

Your party host is there to help make your day as special as possible! They will liaise with you about your food serving times, serve your food, serve the cake and clean up the messy afterwards!

We can cater to all dietaries including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Halal, Nut Free or a combination of all of the above. Just let us know when you book or when we call you a week prior.
