Mama’s Circle

What to Expect

Mamas Circle is a program running during the school terms designed to support mums during the early months and years of motherhood, while gently nurturing baby development in a calm, welcoming environment.

Run by Kirstie Watson, a mother of five with 17 years of lived motherhood experience and early learning specialist with over 16 years’ experience in early childhood movement, Centre of Perinatal Excellence Community Leader Training, and Mental Health First Aid qualifications, Kirstie brings a deep understanding of babies and the emotional journey of becoming a mother.

Siblings are welcome to attend, we just ask if you intend to stay and play that you cover their entry to Let’s Play.

Term 3 = 10 week program

What we are covering in Term 3, commencing Monday 20th July 2026.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Over the course of Term 3, we'll cover a range of practical and meaningful topics designed to support both you and your baby, including:

  • Welcome & Get to Know You

  • Baby Sensory Play

  • Understanding Primitive Reflexes

  • Mindfulness for Mums

  • Tapping (EFT) for Stress Relief

We'll also be joined by a fantastic lineup of guest speakers, including:

  • A Communication Specialist sharing tips for building healthy relationships.

  • An Image Consultant & Advanced Multi-racial Colour Analyst - helping you find the best colours to wear for your skintone.

  • A representative from Capital Chemist, explaining how to get the most out of your local pharmacist and the services available to your family.

  • An Occupational & Play Therapist, offering practical advice to support your child's development through play.

  • More guest speakers awaiting confirmation of availabilty.

Each weekly session includes:
💛 A complimentary coffee or hot drink.
💛 A relaxed one-hour facilitated session in our warm and inviting Creative Kids Club.
💛 Time afterwards to stay, chat, build friendships and continue connecting with other local mums.

Whether you're navigating the newborn days, chasing a curious crawler, or simply looking for your village, Mama's Circle is a place where you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

The Details

Duration: 10 weeks

Cost: $250 (fees prorated for late enrolments)

Includes: A hot drink each week

Facilitator: Kirstie (Early Learning & Child Movement Specialist)

Siblings: Welcome to attend and play nearby during the group time. If you would like to stay and play following you will just need to purchase playground entry.

What to bring: your usual baby items and yourself.
